Personal Logo Animation
For each animated element (cup, straw, liquid, eye-boba), I wanted the viewer to get a sense of each object's physicality. (The animation as a whole is meant to resemble the boba/bubble tea-making process.)
Animated Song Snippet
Made for my motion graphics class, this animation is inspired by my (darker) interpretation of the lyrics. Because the first line is "I've been having dreams," I wanted the video to have a blurry, dream-like look.
In terms of motion, I had a strong "directional" focus for this piece. I wanted to portray the female character being pulled across the different scenes. But because she is in a "dream" where her surroundings are changing rapidly, I wanted the motion to reflect more in the backdrop, so rather than seeing her move across the screen, you more so see the backdrops being pulled as she falls in a certain direction.
